Welcome to FinSquad, a financial service provided by FinSquad, Inc. and FinSquad Ltd. For users located in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
For users outside the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13. Dispute Resolution
U.S. Users: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Non-U.S. Users: Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
14. Additional Information on FinSquad Ltd and Finexer Ltd
FinSquad Ltd is acting as an agent of Finexer LTD, who is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017, firm reference number 925695, as an Authorised Payment Institution to provide account information services and payment initiation services.
15. Termination
FinSquad may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Analytics and Gamification Features
Data Collection for Analytics: FinSquad collects and analyses user data, including app usage, interactions, and preferences, to improve the Services and enable gamification features such as progress tracking, rewards, and personalized experiences.
Purpose of Analytics: Analytics are used to enhance user engagement, provide customized content, and refine gamification functionalities within the App. The types of analytics collected may include, but are not limited to, app usage data, user interactions, and feature preferences. FinSquad may also use third-party tools to process and analyse this data, ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Consent: By using the Services, you consent to the collection and analysis of your data for these purposes as outlined in the .
